Erasmus 2024/2025 - Rekrutacja - Wiadomość dla studentów 1 i 2 roku I stopnia oraz 1 roku II stopnia (stacjonarne i niestacjonarne)

Dear all,

I am sending this message to inform you that the process to apply for an Erasmus+ mobility during the next academic year (2024/2025) is officially open. Below are some answers to possible questions you may have.

After this date, we will contact everyone who submitted this form for an interview. In this interview, we will check:

  1. Your level of English
  2. Your level of the language of your preferred destination (It is not compulsory to speak, say, French, if you want to go to France, but if too many people want to go there, those who speak French will be given preference).
  3. Your academic records. It is important to note that the allocation of places is merit-based, so higher marks will place you in a better position to obtain your favorite place.

We will send out more information regarding the next steps after February 14.

Short Q&A

  • Who can apply? Students currently in their first or second year of their BA, as well as students who are currently in their I-MA.
  • How long can my mobility last? Those students who will be in the final year of their degree (those who are currently in their II-BA or I-MA) can only stay abroad during the winter semester. Students who are currently in their I-BA can choose whether they want their Erasmus+ to take place during the winter or the summer semester.
  • Can I extend my stay for one year? Only those who will be in their II-BA next year, but the extension isn’t automatic: you must apply for the winter semester and once you are abroad and only if it is possible will you be able to apply for an extension.
  • Do I get some funding? Yes, you get a monthly payment of 850-900eur (the exact quantity depends on the destination). Students with disabilities can apply for an extra 250eur/month.
