a. to teach students how to use standalone CAT Tools such as MemoQ

b. to teach students how to use online CAT Tools such as SmartCat and/or Matecat

c. to teach students how to work with different file types and terminology

d. to teach students how to carry out a variety of job related tasks using CAT Tools

a. translation memory and terminology

b. file formats and tags, imports & exports

c. alignment

d. quality Assurance and LQA (Linguistic Assessment)

4. Didactic methods used:

a. practical tasks designed for particular CAT programs

b. translation of content

c. adding and managing terms

d. using concordances in translation

a. A person who can use MemoQ and other CAT Tools effectively to perform a variety of translation related tasks and who is technologically prepared to start cooperating with professional translation agencies.
